"My son bought a washer for our home in Dec 2024. The next day it went on sale for $100 less so I got on their chat which was how they said to do the price match guarantee. I was assured by the first agent I chatted with that they would take care of it and we would receive $100 gift card in the mail. A few weeks later, I had not received the gift card so I got on the chat again. The next Agent I spoke to told me the first Agent did not do her job correctly and the gift card was canceled. We went over the same information all over again and she assured me that we would have a gift card in the next 7 to 10 working days with no problem a month later I still did not have that gift card so I got on the chat again each time I got on chat it took about two hours. They make you wait and wait and wait so the third time I got on the chat I gave them our modeling order number again and she told me that the first agents did not do it correctly that we should not get a gift card but instead we should get $100 and some cents refunded to my sons debit card now another whole month has passed and we still don’t have a refund. I’m telling you that the price match guarantee is nothing but a scam. I tried to call the store and speak to a manager about this and guess what I got an agent in the Philippines, who said that anytime you call you won’t be connected with the store you’ll get their call center instead isn’t That nice"

"My mother(89) came in today 2/28/2024 because she had been locked out of her phone. She forgot her passcode Best Buy associate Billy working the Geek Squad Desk was very helpful and patient. She has her phone back and is very pleased with her interactions with everyone in the Store. Billy quickly resolved her issue along with several other customers as we waited. He was professional and courteous with everyone. Thank You very much Billy and Best Buy!"

"Smaller site with many empty shelves. I'd complain about finding someone to help you get certain locked items, but I've noticed this issue at most Best Buys. It's often better to buy from their website. Good luck getting in the parking lot. This entire shopping center location kind of sucks."

"I tried and tried to get someone to help me get a camera, ask four clerks and they didn't seem to need me to purchase a camera that was over $1,000.00. Maybe they have more important things to do like visit with other clerks, or read the paper. At least four clerks were not helping others."
