"Roadside, homemade “go” food. Did I mention home made, from scratch?! Absolutely delicious preparations. Had the pork roast, baked beans, slaw & cornbread. Like mama used to make. My daughter had the chicken sausage gumbo w potato salad. The tater salad had ham & bacon bits ! The gumbo was not too spicy. If you like heat, add it. If you prefer mild, it’s perfection. Delightful experience. We ate outside, under the awning. Yes, we’re in a heat wave, yet where we sat the grass is still green & we had a nice breeze. Awesome. Already want to return for a grilled / smoked chicken leg quarter & green beans w bacon bits. Yum."
