Starbucks

"I asked for a venti black coffee. They only had medium roast at the time. But it was amazing. I bought it in Nederland, drove home to (Beaumont) still had over half left. Gave the rest to my husband. He said it tasted great."

"I always come to this location, people always friendly. I went thru the drive through on Friday the lady at the drive thru was so rude. Did not smile say thank you are anything. Usually the people are so nice and appreciate your business. This morning I went through the same lady did not smile had an attitude. So I said can’t you at least smile and I drove off . I will not be coming back to this location."

"Sat in the drive through 30 mins. Completely disrespectful to people's time. It is understandable to have it happen every now and then, but this has been going on like this for weeks now. Never coming here again. Going to Rao's from now on."

"I stood at the mobile order counter approximately 10 minutes before any of the workers actually paid me any attention. I literally had to say "excuse me" before anyone would ask if I needed assistance. At least 2-3 workers were behind the counter and did not acknowledge my presence when I was standing there. Clearly if you did not handle my order the right way, I would not be standing in at the mobile order counter for longer than 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. This is poor customer service. Then they handed me a sandwich that was sitting out in the open on the counter for more than 10 minutes. This is disgusting. I do NOT recommend this Starbucks at all."

"This Starbucks was phenomenal! The person who took who our order, Nate, gave some of the best customer service I've seen in a while. I felt extremely welcomed and the general environment of the store was very nice as well. Not to mention, the drinks were amazing!"
