"Was able to walk in and have my radio, gps, and back up camera installed first thing in the morning. Great communication with the shop. Only thing is I believe some of my wires they installed maybe loose. Light for hot/cold control is either off or blinking at night. They couldn’t have seen this during the day so I have to call and ask if they can fix for already paid price. This wasn’t happening before so it has to do with the connection. If so this review will move to 5 stars. Great service overall."

"Straight garbage, gave them an opportunity for a $5k speaker build. Smashed my under seat truck box, I have a bag of various truck parts they never put in, took 9 months to get installed and the owner wanted to have an attitude tword me about it. Fried 1 amp...then had it rebuilt...looked nervous when they gave me the keys. Said to play it low for awhile to "break in the amp". Smelled like electrical right when I got in. Did what they said though. Speakers sounded worst with the 5k amp than the 3k loaner. Then started my truck a week later, music not even on, speakers slammed and speakers started smoking. Called them about it...all they said was, "well, that sucks" I could have done this myself but am busy at work, I figured a company would be excited to have an open minded budget for a build. Learned a hard lesson with dealing with these people"

"I went to have a radio installed. I didn’t purchase the radio from them. I just simply wanted them to swap my old radio to my new one and only plug my amp back into the new one. I didn’t ask for any carotid wires to be changed without my permission. 3 hours later I have a radio that doesn’t catch any stations and new wires ran that I didn’t ask for. I went back into the store to let them know my radio wasn’t catching any station and was told by the guy who installed the radio that he knows it doesn’t to which I replyed asking him when were they planning to tell me that? Also I checked my floor theres no water damage. I was quoted 2 hours and 175 it ended up costing me 3 hours and 252 for a radio that catches zero stations! btw my old radio worked perfectly fine. I just wanted a new one. No wonder I never heard of this place even with them being open for years. Horrible work doesn’t get your name on the street."

"This is another part of a review that goes with what Lacey Scioneaux posted. It wouldn't let her post it.UPDATE Now my dash cluster is going CRAZY! All lights are flashing and needles are going up and down. Called my mechanic & he said it’s definitely some thing this shop done when changing my radio because the wire harness are located there. UPDATE 2 Ended up having to take my car to my mechanic. Wanna know what this so called “audio shop” done while installing my new radio? They cut not 1 not 2 not 3 or even 4 wires they cut 7 wires behind my radio. Didn’t even cap them off. I found 2 clips broken myself on my panels only for my mechanic to find 2 more clips broken inside the dash & 2 screws missing. Oh & the radio now catches stations. They didn’t even plug my antenna in!"

"Amazing service. Very knowledgeable. Love the way our truck turned out. Recommended rims and tires that were perfect. Installed a 6” lift on our Chevy as well. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend these guys. This is our 4th vehicle we have had done. Stereo is next."
