"This is my second attempt to try to get drinks only at this establishment. 30 minutes go by no drinks either time . Rang the bell again for the guy to tell us it will be right out and then progressed to ask what we even had! This place is a joke, you can’t get 4 drinks to come in under 30 minutes"

"I’m sorry sonic but …nope…. It’s just not for me . Not even the frozen zone . Like nothing at all , the cheese sticks are always extremely hard and sorta dried out ishhh . Same with cheddar peppers, the “burgers” nope . The chicken is always mostly batter and what’s not it’s just an awful taste that lingers … the worst of all “ pickle fries “ it was literally the strip of peel that you peel from a pickle . They were wet and nasty the breading fell off it was a un edible mess."

"Ordered a #7 asked for onions no answer Asked for little mustard, came to me sloppy no onions alot of mustard no napkin. Very disappointed."

"Was in the drive through tonight and the service was extremely slow. Was in the drive through for 30 minutes. The large strawberry shake I ordered was full of whip cream, no strawberries, and very little ice cream. Smh"

"The kiosk I used on my last visit was not fully functional. I waited a long time for someone to answer. So I called out to a server who was outdoors to assist. He went inside and ask me to press the red button and I did the he repeated the request 5 times. So he decided to come out and do it himself. I was finally able to make request but the server inside kept getting repeating the order wrong. So the server on the outside went back in and he was successful at making sure my request was correct. What I don't understand is that I always purchase the same thing but sometimes get charged different prices like the stock market. I am not pleased with that."
