"App showed my order was ready but when I got to the store they had not even started making my order. There were at least 4 other people they lost the orders for, 2 of the 4 were asking for there money back, they offered me a free 2 liter coke. I did not take the coke I decided I will not go back or order from this domino's. They were wanting to give people credit and not refund there money. Worst domino's I have ever been too."
"Have been to this location many times and always had great experiences but hadn’t visited in a while, still fast, always perfect, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Domioes is so much further ahead than the rest of the competition with their app, if you haven’t used it yet try it out, it’ll save you time and money. The parking lot is terrible at this location but that’s not the owners fault, this is an old location in an old building, but the dominoes itself has been updated. Even has a little bar where you can sit and watch them prep dough for the pizzas. The garlic bread-bites from this location used to be phenomenal, I didn’t order them this go-round, it’s been a year or 2 since I’ve ordered them from here but I specifically remember talking to the manager/ owner about them one day and he mentioned that it was one of his favorite items on the menu, I’m bringing this up because I’ve had the exact same bread bites from other locations and they are not on the same level, perhaps his favor plays some sort of roll in the outstanding quality of the bread bites at this location. We tried the new pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread, it’s very good but in my own opinion the bacon & jalapeño cheesy bread is better. Try it out and see what you think. First time trying the cheddar bacon loaded tots as well, they’re very good, if only they had a tad more crunch they would be perfect. All the food I’ve tried over the years from this location is cooked with pride and care and goes a bit beyond the surround locations throughout Louisiana. Here’s a little tip, did this several years ago, it’s not for everyone but it’s a secret hack if you like an extra kick, swap out the robust inspired tomato sauce for garlic parm sauce and thank me later. It’ll change your perspective on dominoes pizza once you’ve tried it, especially in the deep dish ones."
"I have ordered from here for years. For some reason the last pizza I ordered was so greasy that it is way to soggy to eat. The grease is actually on the outside of the box and got on my Cadillac seats. I'm not happy. I contacted them for a refund, and they have ignored me for two days now . I know that they got my email but chose to ignore it, so here's to ignoring me, I'll tell everyone that reads this instead. This is unacceptable. I will never order here again. Look at the bottom box how greasy compared to the other boxes. I think I should get a refund. That's so gross... So don't order unless you want grease on your nice car seats and no refund when it's obviously not fit for human consumption."
"Ordered two pizzas and the first one was wrong. I live in church point, got all the way home and saw my pizza had only tomatoes and spinach on it. Called the store and told them, I was told I had to bring the pizza back because Trey had to see it. I called back , asking to speak to a manager and offering to send a picture and trey said the he will give store credit, before I could ask any questions Trey hung up on me. Trey is about as useful as a sliding glass door on a submarine. Trey just cost you our business."
