"The staff at Ivan Smith in Natchitoches is truly committed to their customer’s satisfaction. My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer from them about 6 months ago and have had issues with the washing machine on multiple occasions (NO fault of Ivan Smith, this is a GE issue) and they’ve gone above and beyond to assist us with getting it replaced. Denise, Scott and Dane have all helped tremendously with getting our issue resolved, even though the malfunctions aren’t their fault. I’ve been less than pleasant to deal with throughout this ordeal but they’ve still remained friendly and professional, while fighting endlessly to get these repairs/replacements made.
