"I recently went into the store located in Bayou Vista, Louisiana for an air filter for my car. Both employees were extremely helpful. The lady that helped me, her name was Kim. Unfortunately I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he has assisted me in the past for a new battery. I rarely write reviews but I felt my recent visit warranted a review as both employees deserve to be recognized. Kim even came out and changed both of my filters for me without me even asking! I will definitely be back in hopes that both of these employees will still be there to assist me! Well done guys! I hope this review makes its way back to both employees as everyone deserves to know how much a customer truly appreciated their friendliness and top notch customer service."

"Randy was awesome! Coming from Nola on my way to Lafayette my windshield wiper blade literally flew off and it looked like rain ahead! Timing was terrible, I was gonna get to the store right at closing. I called them up, Randy answered, told him my situation, he asked what car I had and had both blades at the counter for me when I got there right at 9! Randy saved my night and went the extra mile with a smile on!"

"Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean store. Lots of in stock car parts tools and other products and can order what you need next day most of the time. Also they have starter check service, for batteries also. They can check you check engine lights with handle to see your cars diagnostics. Lot of locations."
