"Worst customer service on the planet. Found exactly what I was looking for and would have bought a minimum of 6 styles of them. Trashy sales woman couldn’t even say hello much less be bothered to grab the matches from the back. Too bad she was so rude and only talking about inappropriate gossip with the associate, could have had a hell of a sale. What happened to customer service? No wonder everybody says not to go there and just to buy online. Maybe hire friendlier associates. Most shoppers are there for a reason, why be rude and ruin a HUGE sale. I mean $60 a pair times minimum of 6 pairs well that equals a fat Zero for your store. Probably woulda bought more but no thanks. My money is good other places rather than Shoe Dept. and people are be friendly and way more helpful!"

"I'm glad there is a shoe store in town, but I didn't really find anything I absolutely loved. Location: opposite of walmart, near gamestop/dominos/cato. Easy to spot from the main road. Traffic can be heavy in this area around lunch and dinner times. Service: Staff was okay. They all were busy talking to each other; some conversations were awkward to hear. They helped customers occassionally. Store was clean. Products: Nike, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Converse, Vans, sandles, dress shoes, running shoes, etc. All sizes. Price: The foam sandles were $10+. Womens shoes were $30+. Not much really on sale. Sale prices felt more like normal prices. Overall, it's okay. I could have bought something, but would have just been settling."
