Greeted me when I entered the store, showed me all of the products available, and did a fantastic job with the installation. Vehicle interior wasn’t soaking wet but clean and dry. It was cleaner after the installation than it was when i brought it in. Very professional and highly recommended!"

"Awesome place! I was looking to get a remote start installed on my truck and the one they recommended was exactly what I was looking for. They had it in stock and were able to do the install the same day. You can't even tell they worked on my truck except for the new remote start. They answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. Friendly people, great price. I will definitely be returning to them for future installs. After finding a minor issue on my remote start, I brought my truck back. They guy up front severely lacked customer service skills. He acted like the problem I was having was just something that I should deal with. But they took my truck in and fixed the issue. But I had to call several hours later to see if my truck was ready. When I called, the same guy answered my phone and told me that it was in fact ready and sounded like I was bothering him. When I got there, he just tossed me my keys and told me here you go instead of having someone go out with me to make sure the issue was corrected. I was put off by his lack of customer service after having such a great experience with the installer and manager."

"I had a Navigation /Audio system installed 2 years ago and was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff. This year I decided to install a dash cam. They called me as soon as one was available and installed it in about an hour. The wires were neatly hidden and I was impressed. I later had my windshield replaced and brought my vehicle back to Bailey,s to clean up the mess the glass shop had done to the wiring bundles. I appreciate their good work and know where I will be going for my next purchase."
