"If it were possible to give a NEGATIVE STAR RATING, this would be a place I would give it to. I called on several different occasions and no answer and I was not able to leave a message. No call returned. I went by the business, no business hours posted. A friend recommended me send a text to the business owner. Since the business number is a cell number. I called for 2 days in a row several times before I texted. That was back starting on December 26 till now and still haven't heard anything back from them. When I went to the business I looked for a note on the door mainly due to it being a day after Christmas giving the benefit of the doubt and no sign stating then would be closed for the holidays. All your embroidery needs can be done at CRYER SPORTS. I RECEIVED MY ITEMS ALL BACK ON THE SAME DAY. DECEMBER 27TH."
