"My order was taken at between 1:15 am / 1:20 am sat in line the 3rd car at 1:37 I finally made it to the window and I received my food at 1:45 cold and wrong went back through tw line with only 2 cars and sits almost 2 I literally been in line a40 minutes I worked at McDonald's for a couple of years I never experience that long of a wait when the store isn't busy th everyone on grill and on the line needs to be fired immediately cause they in there doing everything but working rachet as hell"

After waiting for an excruciating ten minutes in the drive-thru line, I was met with the excuse that they were in the process of transitioning from breakfast to lunch. While this transition may be a logistical challenge, it doesn't justify leaving customers in the dark and subjecting them to such lengthy delays. Furthermore, it seems like a roll of the dice to receive a correct order at this particular McDonald's. On numerous occasions, my order has been muddled or incomplete. It's baffling that a restaurant of this caliber can't seem to get the basics right. The staff's attitude was equally disheartening. I encountered employees who appeared disinterested and lacking motivation, completely neglecting their job responsibilities. It's both sad and frustrating to witness such a glaring disregard for basic customer service. My overall impression of this McDonald's location is one of profound disappointment. I sincerely hope they take steps to improve their service quality and efficiency soon. It's disheartening to witness a well-known fast-food chain consistently fall short of even the most basic customer expectations."

"We waited nearly 30 minutes for this. Order time 7:32 food didn't come until after 7:50 and this is what they brought us. Old fries, over cooked/burnt sandwiches, and insanely sloppy... even for a fast food place."

"DRIVE AWAY! Ordered two burgers. It took 25 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. Then, neither of the burgers were warm or even assembled in their boxes. If McDonalds served burger salds, I imagine this is what that would look like. The lady working the front counter was nice and apologetic for the wait. The rest of the staff were yelling at each other and loudly talking about personal drama. The restaurant itself was dirty with no clean tables, and the bathrooms were dirty as well. If Google would let me, this facility would get zero stars."
