Saltgrass Steak House

"This is the second time I ate at this Saltgrass and vowed not to ever come back due to horrible food and service. We were served COLD tortilla soup and waited about 4 to 5 minutes to get the waiter back to our table. Another waiter took the soup back and said they would warm it up. Well you can't warm up tortilla soup without the tortillas being soggy. Finally we asked for the manager who said she would get fresh. I told her we did not want the soup and the entree to come out at the same time and guess what .... IT DID!!!! After refusing the mush tortilla soup the Chicken Laredo vegetables looked like it was cooked 3 times and thrown on the chicken. The food was inedible. I took a picture of it but could not upload it on the comment. Also the Manager never came back out to talk to us. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Still waiting on ticket to pay and get out of here 30 minutes later."

"Came here on a company dinner. Not only is it great because it’s inside of a casino but the food was delicious and their service was superb. They made sure that our glasses were never empty."

"So we go every couple of weeks. The food is amazing. The salads are crisp and fresh, the appetizers are so good and the entrees are hard to beat. There is 3 of us and we keep going back. We have eaten different things on the menu but really love the cheese and chips, the grilled shrimp, the fried shrimp , the crab cakes and so many others. Definitely not a cheap date but truly not expensive and worth every penny ! The wait staff and hostesses are top notch. Not once has our food ever been cold . They deserve the 5/5 stars."

"Our waitress was very good. We were greeted almost as soon as we were seated. The complementary bread was fresh, warm, and very good. However, they definitely skimp on the butter. I ordered a wedge salad which was very good. My husband got the “soup of the day” which was potato soup. The taste was mediocre at best. He took a few bites and pushed the bowl away. I ordered the filet mignon which was cooked perfect to my liking. I added the Oscar crab sauce. A big plus is I didn’t hit any crab shells which will ruin a meal for me personally. My husband got the chicken and ribs which he said was both were juicy and had good flavor. He ordered the green beans as his side. They were not palatable at all!! No seasoning; Just semi-hard green beans that were a complete waste. Overall, we had a good experience. I’m not opposed to going back at some point in the future, but I’ll definitely avoid ordering the potato soup or green beans."
