"The staff is friendly. However, the way a removed alternator is checked isn't accurate. Their machine inside showed it was good, so it was put back on the vehicle and checked the following day with the machine they bring outside to the vehicle and it was in fact a faulty alternator. The over $450.00 part is only 1 and 1/2 years old and under warranty and has to be removed and replaced again. With labor fees over $300.00 and climbing. Not really an ideal way of checking parts you've removed if the machine only shows good when in fact the alternator while on the vehicle was showing bad at the same store. It leaves a customer weary of the warranty being denied as well as costing them more in labor. It shouldn't happen this way. Lesson learned."
