"We went here today for lunch because we were in the area. I had heard about it but didn't want to make the drive (from El Dorado) just for that. Well. Let me just say that I will certainly make the drive just for that again. The food was excellent and the staff were amazing. Super friendly and attentive. We had a thoroughly good experience and can't wait to come to come back."

"Enjoyed a very delicious lunch today in Norphlet, Arkansas at Cafe 1891. Such a quaint and friendly cafe. Everyone greeted us with big smiles and welcomed us very much to the cafe. Me and my wife enjoyed our lunch tremendously. We will definitely go back again. I had the chicken strip platter and she had the chef salad. Everything was prepared fresh and hot. "As some have stated, some menu items weren't available, but that's not a problem. Hamburger steak was great, good char on the onions and mushrooms, food very well seasoned but not too spicy, it was just right! Lots of side dish options. Husband had the fried fish and shrimp and said it was very good. Food was freshly made and ready quicker than I expected. Definitely worth the short detour if you're anywhere near Junction. Don't settle for fast food, eat here and get good food fast."

"The staff were very nice and the service was excellent. I ordered burger and fries, the fries were one of the best fries I had, great seasoning, crunchy, really tasty... About the burger, althogh I had better burgers, this is defintely the best around El Dorado area. I will defintely eat here again"
