"I went in today to Quilteroo's to be able to get some help on a pieced table runner that I want to make and have no clue what I am doing. As always the staff were very attentive and Melissa was more than helpful. I brought in some fabric that I already had for her to help me pick out what would work best. I had to convince her to sell me some blue to finish off my color pallette. They are very honest and not at all pushy. Thank you so much for your time and guidance."

"Quilteroo's is a fabric shop with many activities and an amazing owner, Ms. Rhonda and her daughter, Melissa. I have a singer sewing machine and needed assistance on the tension and thread stitches, so I called them, and she told me that they service Brother brand but would take a look at my machine. I took it by and left it with them at around 10:30 a.m. and she called me around 1:15 p.m. the same day, and it was ready to pick up! Now, I can continue my sewing projects without waiting days or weeks to get my sewing machine repaired! Thank you for your hometown, friendly service!!"

"I live near Shreveport but Quilteroo's is THE place to take your Brother sewing machine for repairs. A shop in Shreveport had a 4 week wait time, a shop in Bossier City wanted $299 up front for repairs. The knowledgeable lady at Quilteroo's charged me $35 for repair and kindly worked on it first since I was from out of town. Two hours later it was done - it's rare to see this level of customer service anymore. What a great experience!"
