As always the staff were very attentive and Melissa was more than helpful. I brought in some fabric that I already had for her to help me pick out what would work best. "Quilteroo's is a fabric shop with many activities and an amazing owner, Ms. Rhonda and her daughter, Melissa. I have a singer sewing machine and needed assistance on the tension and thread stitches, so I called them, and she told me that they service Brother brand but would take a look at my machine. I took it by and left it with them at around 10:30 a.m. and she called me around 1:15 p.m. the same day, and it was ready to pick up! "I live near Shreveport but Quilteroo's is THE place to take your Brother sewing machine for repairs. A shop in Shreveport had a 4 week wait time, a shop in Bossier City wanted $299 up front for repairs. The knowledgeable lady at Quilteroo's charged me $35 for repair and kindly worked on it first since I was from out of town. Two hours later it was done - it's rare to see this level of customer service anymore. What a great experience!"
