"Came here after the dinner rush. Only a couple of cars ahead of me in the drive-thru and no issues getting my order. If I were to deduct any points, it would only be that the tortillas for my soft tacos were a bit tough on the edges. This means they are either going stale or need to be heated a bit."
"Employees caught an attitude because I had to place an order for DoorDash then I asked if everything was there and they told me it was soo I leave and get to the customer and I’m missing a drink. Soo I call the store and no one answers the first two times. The third time they answered and started cussing me out saying that I answered and hung up on them and that I was harassing the store. Then refused to tell me their name and said they would get me banned from the store."
"Waited in drive through for nearly 30 minutes, despite being the 2nd car from the drive thru speaker. No one ever made an effort to serve us. I understand that when you're shortstaffed, there may be a wait, but if you don't have enough people to man the counter and drive thru put a sign out or something telling customers the drivethru is unavailable. Failure from the top of the restaurant down."
"Every time I go here, even if there's no one in line. Its always a wait up to 20 to 30 mins . Suppose to be fast food restaurant. Texas roadhouse faster then going through tacobell line"
