If I were to deduct any points, it would only be that the tortillas for my soft tacos were a bit tough on the edges. This means they are either going stale or need to be heated a bit."
"Employees caught an attitude because I had to place an order for DoorDash then I asked if everything was there and they told me it was soo I leave and get to the customer and I’m missing a drink. Soo I call the store and no one answers the first two times. The third time they answered and started cussing me out saying that I answered and hung up on them and that I was harassing the store. I understand that when you're shortstaffed, there may be a wait, but if you don't have enough people to man the counter and drive thru put a sign out or something telling customers the drivethru is unavailable.
