"I had to stop at this store recently because of car issues. One of the management staff named Franki was wonderful. She tested my alternator, starter, and battery. She also took my mom and granddaughter in the store out of the heat. She ended up having to change my battery. She insisted we sit inside. While inside the other employees told us her home had recently burned down and she lost everything. This lady had a smile on her face and never complained. She treated us with grace and dignity. I have been in many O’Reilly stores and this one was by far the best."
"I have been in this store numerous times now and love the atmosphere. Franki goes above and beyond to do her job. She will search until she can’t anymore just to help her customers. A few of the others there are also very friendly and helpful. The assistant manager is very helpful also. Never had a bad experience here"
"I went in to purchase a new air filter and windshield wipers for my car. The manager, asst. manager and a salesman put everything on for me and I didn't even ask. I love this place. Tim, Gabe and I'm sorry I can't remember the other name, but this store knows the best customer service."
