"Look, I could write a book about how I will only bring my vehicles to them for service and will purchase my next vehicles from them. The team here is fast, efficient, and friendly. I was in a bind and needed service. I called everywhere within 60 miles of here, and to no avail unless I wanted to wait between 15 to 51 days. (Actually, I had a dealership in town put my name down for 51 days out for service, which also meant my vehicle was down 51 days) However, it was completely opposite at Vaughn, the service manager simply asked me a few questions, asked me to bring in the vehicle. He called me that afternoon with the diagnosis and asked what exactly I would like to do. I had my vehicle completed and aback in 2 days only because he had to fedex parts in."
