"This store is the absolute worst. The people have no idea what they’re doing. As a commercial customer it’s annoying you have to wait on only a commercial person to do your commercial account and most of the time they’re backed up or helping another customer it takes time away from what you’re trying to do to sit on hold with them only for them to turn around and tell you they have to order the part anyway. But on the other hand, all of O’Reilly’s employees can look up your account find the part you need and send the part to you. I spend a minimum of 10 grand a month at O’Reilly’s."
