"I personally saw Joshua Gauthteaux lie to a long term customer about parts and labor. He told her in person that it would be $400. When we got there she was charged $900 total. He was not up front about the quote. This was the second time dealing with this issue. He said they ran diagnostic tests both times. If it was a good diagnostic test it would have read it the first time. All they care about is money and how much they can take from you. No quality assurance and No quality care. Then Josh crossed the line with me telling me about my military knowledge and experience. He had went way over the line with me. How do does Mr Marler keep someone like that employed there when there has been multiple complaints about his attitude and demeanor with customers (long term and short term. We will never do business with any Marler Ford dealership or service ever again. I hope they do better with other lifetime customers as well as new customers."
