"Ordered a pair of jeans on 4/30/21. On 5/6/21 I see it still says "pending" on PayPal so I call... after giving her my info and being hold while she tried to find it. She said "I see your order now, I'll get it in the mail today". Today, 5/12/21 I get an email saying my order was cancelled because the item is not in stock. I called. While on the phone, I mentioned to her that it is still showing in stock online.. her response: "well sometimes things are over ordered and then not updated online". Not a kind customer service voice or I'm really sorry this happened. Nothing. I feel sure if my order was processed when ordered then the item would have been in stock. Hopefully the in-store customer service is better."
