"Tire blew out on I-20. After taking it to a Mavis in Tyler, Tx the tech stated the tpms sensor was not fully seated and he removed 2 handfuls of rubber from the tires interior. The $100 I spent here on the sensor caused me to spend another $265. Avoid like the plague"

"Experiences may vary. A few employees super nice and sincere. One or two that will hang up on you or are generally curt in the manner in which they deal with customers. Service is relatively fast, they're pretty knowledgeable with most makes and models and will go out of their way to work with outside shops to ensure your work gets done."

"It i could give this 0 stars I would. I took my car to firestone to get 2 new tires. Before I had taken my car in I had a car wash and cleaned my rims. When I got my car back my 2 back rims were chipped in numerous places. I went back inside and told them, he came out and checked it out. At first he tried telling me my car was like that when I turned it in, I argued it wasn't. I recently purchased my car in October. I know my rims were not chipped when I turned my car in. I am very disappointed in the service. There are already so many bad reviews on this firestone. Horrible experience."
