"Lid not placed properly on ice cream. Ice cream is consequently spilled onto the floor of my car as the bellhop handed it to me. I left with a messy car and without any ice cream."

"Worst service in Ruston Louisiana. The employees are jerks. Food is ok...sometimes. service sucks there. I would drive to Monroe before I went back there...even if the food was free."

"i ordered by the picnic tables and basically waited an hour for a caramel shake. my friend ordered 10-15 minutes after I did and got her Oreo blast before I did. I watched as several cars left while I was still sitting there waiting on my order. if it wasn’t for the fact I paid with card, I would have left. I also ordered a water and found something in my drink, not sure what it was but I wasn’t going to risk it. won’t be going back."

"Horrible Service, we ordered with our app 15 min before we arrived! We then waited another 20 minutes for our food to be brought out, then my husband walked in to ask about our food. Staff was very rude and they told us they were working on it! We ordered a pretzel, two drinks, a milkshake and an ice cream cone! It was another 8 minutes before they came out! Staff was again RUDE and said nothing to us! Pretzel was hard and ice cream was melted!"

"Ordered three drinks took 30 minutes to get them after the lady taking my order was very rude and kept asking “is that it” after every word I said. The carhop was rude and then hands us drinks all covered in ice cream with no napkins asked for napkins and he proceeds to go inside and start taking other orders out. Wild."
