"THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME ATTEMPTING TO GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY AND THE ONLY REASON I WAS WILLING TO TRY THEM AGAIN WAS BECAUSE WHILE THEY ARE PRETTY PRICEY, THE FOOD TASTES PRETTY GOOD.. HOWEVER, WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. DRIVE THROUGH WAIT TIME WAS AGAIN 30 PLUS MINUTES FOR TWO PLATES. PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME WERE PULLING OFF BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO WAIT ANY LONGER. WHEN THE YOUNG GIRL CHARGED ME TWICE (ONCE FOR THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME ORDER AND I TOLD HER) SHE PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME FOR MY CORRECT ORDER...KNOWING SHE CHARGED ME FOR MY ORDER PLUS THE WRONG ONE, I CHECKED MY BANK ACCT, SHOWED HER HER IGNORANCE (THERES NO WAY SHE HAD TO THINK I WAS THAT DUMB)...THEN SHE CALLS A MANAGER WHO WALKS UP SAYING HELL "TRY" TO GET IT CORRECTED AND REFUND ME.. AFTER ANOTHER 15 MINUTES WAITING ON HIM TAPPING THE COMPUTER, HE CALLS ANOTHER KID TO COME FIX THE REFUND AND HE FINALLY HANDS ME MY CARD AND SAYS I "SHOULD SEE THAT REFUNDED TO MY ACCT IN 3-5 DAYS.."....WHAT?!? ..AND THE WHOLE TIME THE GIRL WHO SCREWED UP IS STANDING IN THE WINDOW MOPING AND COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW STRESSED SHE WAS...OVER THREE CARS IN DRIVE THRU....SUPER SUPER SLOW SERVICE. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. GREAT FOOD. SO SAD"
"Food came fast.. and it was hot.. but really had no flavor. The price was ok for the amount of food I got. Restaurant had a nice vibe but yet wasn’t to clean due to some unclean tables.. 5/10"
