"Spent $30 on a pair of pants and the seam to the zipper ripped before I wore them for even an hour. They fit great and I liked them but it was faulty sewing. I went back to see if they could get me another pair (not a refund) and the lady (Cindy) would not help me. She told me she was too busy making a schedule. She refused to give me contact info for the district manager so I had to call another store location to get it. Will not go back! She is always rude!"

"The people that work In minden cato is prejudice against black they dont speak nor try to help you at all they don't open their mouth you can go in and shop for an hour and they will not help you i just walked out you want my money I don't want yours respect goes along way i wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. "You can definitely tell that the staff has had an overhaul. The store has gone from warm and enjoyable (personality wise) to cold and boring. I was not greeted the other day not by one person when I walked in. I decided I would let that go and continue to shop. The employees stayed at the register the whole time. Never once was I offered help. Another woman came into the store and she got the same treatment until one of the girls realized they knew each other then she yelled hi and walked down the isle to talk very loudly might I add. I was so disgust not just with the ignoring customers thing but just the overall feel, I put the items I had on the nearest rack and left then same way I was greeted, without a word. There was a manager several years ago who transferred to the Shreveport store and every since you lost her this store has hit one bump after the other. However it has never been as bad as this. The clothes don't look as good when bad vibes are coming from your employees."
