"Best lunch in town! Only open for a 4 hour window Monday-Friday, but it’s probably for the best because I would probably go broke otherwise. I recommend trying the Black Bayou sandwich/burger. Their blackberry jalapeño jam that goes on it is amazing."

"Today my daughter treated me to an early birthday lunch at Geaux Fresh. This was my first visit but certainly not my last! They were busy and I can see why! I had the NOLA wrap which is delicious! She had the Jacked Up Salad which was delicious as well! The service was great all around! Very inviting place to eat!"

"I've lived in Minden for almost 4 years now and somehow have never made it to Geaux Fresh until today. It's a beautiful place inside. I placed a to go order and the staff was super duper friendly. I ordered a Caesar salad for my daughter and the Fruity Ninja for myself. My daughter loves their Caesar salads. The Fruity Ninja is fruity chicken salad on top of spring mix and avocado. Fuity chicken salad is my favorite kind but this one was lacking a bit in the flavor department. I would probably have enjoyed it better with some type of dressing on the salad. I've been fighting the crud so my taste buds might not have been up to par. I was very tempted by the desserts but will save that for another day. They looked amazing. I will definitely go back to try the desserts, burgers, and more."
