Reviews of Joe's Crab Shack
"Definitely overpriced one of the worst experiences I've ever had of the Joe's Crab shack The food was overcooked all of it every bit of it under seasoned I got the new firecracker grilled something seasoning and it might have had a little bit of butter no salt no pepper no garlic no nothing no no nothing no flavor whatsoever and way overcooked staff pretty much seen they didn't even want to be here they would rather be somewhere else can't blame them this kitchen staff and the management do not know how to run a restaurant I do not understand how it still has 3.9 stars because I'm pretty sure it would have zero stars if people could give zero stars please pull your head out of your fourth point of contact and fix this establishment it is extremely terrible"
"We came in Saturday and had the best service! -we had our dog with us we are from 2 hours away. we were able to sit on the patio. our waitress (loved her!) brought our dog a bowl (so appreciated) our food was INCREDIBLE!!! and the service was awesome! Will deff be returning!!!!"
"The service was great! The food was a little sub-par. My son's burger was raw in the middle, leaking red juices onto the bun raw, but was quickly remedied by our stupendous server. The atmosphere is very fun. The store-front entrance maybe needs to be re-thought on the layout. They had a very large group come in and just standing in the entrance as I was trying to shop. The bumps & "oh, excuse me(s)" were a little uncomfortable, but overall a nice place to share a meal with those you ❤️."
"I would leave zero stars. Worst food ever. Steak over cooked, potatoes tasted like instant with only water. My tiny little finger was twice as big as shrimp that were incredibly tough. Didn't get all of one order. Drink was weak. Haven't been to Joe's in years because of menu changes and now will never go back. Manager blamed everything on corporate. Had to leave to go elsewhere to eat. Run!!!"
"Kevin, our waiter, and one of the young men working the front door were the only positives. After waiting over an hour for a table, we were finally seated. We watched a table for 6 sit unoccupied during this time. We asked about it and we’re told it was reserved. We asked about it 30 minutes later and were told it was still reserved. Apparently you can reserve a table for the entire evening and never show up while other people wait for tables. Once our food arrived my coconut shrimp looked like it had been fried at least three times that evening. It was dark brown, hard and inedible. Only two pieces were freshly fried and tasted good. I understand a wait but not when tables are sitting unoccupied for extend periods of time. We appreciated Kevin and the nice, polite young black gentleman at the host desk. You two guys were great! The young white man working at the host desk needs training on how to manage guests and tables. Also, guests that occupy a table for over two hours need to be asked to move to the bar, even if management needs to comp them some drinks for moving. While management can’t teach people manners they can have policies to help with all these situations."
