"I usually don’t have issues here and generally it’s been a pleasant experience, but recently taking my car in for a full inspection and asked them to have a tire replaced due to having multiple punctures. I had miscommunicated the wrong tire and partially it’s my fault there, but they didn’t even bother to look at the tire to see if it was actually punctured. The technician even did a tire rotation and I don’t know how he completely missed the tire with multiple punctures. I don’t see the need to advertise full multi inspection of the car if you’re not going to actually perform…"

"Scammers. Went on for telluride that I seen online listed for 38k. Walked inside waited for 20 minutes until someone came and talked to me. Then he grabbed my ID checked my credit without letting me know that they are false advertising online just to get people to come in. He disappeared with my ID for longer than an hour then come back to tell me that I need a cosigner and the car is 52k and the payment will be over $1000 a month. Bad customer service and unprofessional. Take your business else where"
