"0 experience in Semi trucks, stay away. I was charged $441.65 for nothing. We called this company for a coolant leak on the Truck. The mechanic that was there just when under took some picture and told me i need a new Oil Cooler and that he couldn't get the parts at that time. I called and different company they fix the truck in 40 minutes and saved me a tons of money. Please educate your mechanics how to do their job properly not just to run after money and rob people."

"I called them my Trailor airbag broken they come without tools no jacks and ranches no light however open flat airbag with plumbing ranch and he went pick up his tools for one hour I think they only car Machanik don’t know anything about semi trucks he putting jacks under wheels for change loaded trailer they charge me over 1000 for change airbag only 4 hours labor even I help him changing air pipes and tied airbag all truckers guys be careful calling this place"

"I live in the suburbs of Fort Worth Texas and was in Shreveport on vacation. I happened to take a different car than usual down there which was a Chrysler 200 a 2016 model. Anyways I’m an ex electrician and now I do HVAC. I pretty much knew that it must have been the battery that was causing the issues because when it would start I would check with my voltmeter and I could tell that my alternator was charging and the starter seemed to be OK so I called these guys and I happened to get a hold of a very nice young man named Jimmy and explained to him that I was stuck there at Sam’s town in Shreveport in the parking garage and I was just trying to get home because I had my wife with me and I was completely stuck and stranded. Well within 30 minutes Jimmy and one of his other guys that was very professional and very kind and pleasant brought the battery to me and within a couple minutes we had my car started and it has been fine ever since. They told me they didn’t usually do service calls like that but because of my situation of being stranded they had decided to help me. And I come in to Shreveport couple times a year and if I ever have any problems again then they will be the first people I call. Anyways I just want everyone to know that these guys are not only nice they know what they’re doing and they know what they’re talking about and they’re very kind and are able to explain to you the issues in such a way that’s not gonna get you upset or anything and with their attitude they more than likely will leave you with a smile on your face than anything. They left me very happy and I would recommend Jimmy and Patriot Fleet Service for anybody around that area and anybody that comes into town That ends up having any kind of car problems. I’ve been working on my own cars for 20 years so I found myself in such an awkward situation and was very strange to find myself in such a predicament but they made it an easy fix and didn’t charge me very much in my opinion especially for bringing me the battery. And that’s what we need in this world right now, is more people like these people that want to do the best job they can, quality work and they make their customers satisfied and happy. I run service for an HVAC company around Dallas Fort Worth and I know how it is dealing with customers and they know what they’re doing they are very good at it. Jimmy if you happen to read this just want you to know that I really appreciate you getting that car going. And I ever need you again when I’m down there I will be calling for you as I hope everyone will that ever needs any help in that area. They are worth it. Keep on keeping on guys!"
