"I ordered a Scuba Oversized Half-Zip Hoodie Heathered Core Ultra Light Grey and a Textured Fleece Collared Jacket from the luluemon website. The fleece jacket was perfect but the scuba wasn’t a scuba half-zip at all. It was a gray Athleta full zip USED jacket. You could see the zipper had wear on it and it wasn’t even lululemon!! I wish I could post pictures on here so you all could see the ridiculous fake that I paid $118 plus tax for. I reached out to their customer service and I was told they would see what they could do and they would let me know in 2 or 3 days. This was a gift and I trusted she would get the product I ordered. I was so embarrassed when we opened the bag and it wasn’t what I ordered. I’m not even sure that they will give me the product I paid for . Unless they make it right I will never order from them again and I will forever tell everyone I know how they took my money and gave me a jacket that Goodwill would be selling for $3."

"I’ll be honesty, the world of TikTok kept me from shopping at Lululemon. It created this horrible perception of the store and how they treat customers. I’m a mom who looks like she’s a mom 99% of the time…so I avoided this chain of stores for a long time. I just felt like I would be judged or not taken seriously as a customer. However, the Shreveport location really made a difference. I feel like a friend here. Such a sweet staff, always welcoming & the shopping experience leaves you wanting to come back for more."
