Brett (or Brad) from customer service not only picked out the right charger he even plugged my laptop in so I could see it was actually working and charging and explained to me why the other that id picked out on my own didn’t work and this one did. Super simple, excellent customer service. Would definitely trust them with the tech questions that are are above my head in the future."

I went to the back right checkout counter where 6 associates were standing scrolling on their phones. I stood there for a couple minutes and not a single person acknowledged my presence. I just found it really disrespectful. The store greeter was really nice and helpful in directing me on where I needed to go."
