"Just left this “place of business”. Searched high and low for oil cooler and found one online at this Marshall location. Online store offered 15% discount and apparently didn’t apply at this store. My problem is not with the discount not happening it’s the customer service. We were not greeted when we walked in. When asking about the discount three workers offered no solutions just a “it ain’t happening”, “I don’t know how to to that” and “not here, sorry”. If we weren’t in such a pinch to have my car fixed, I would have loved to taken our money elsewhere. Provide helpful answers rather than being dismissive to your patrons."
