McDonald's

"1 employee was playing with her hair. Another employee was coughing then handle our food without washing his hands then another was laying on the counter where the food was being prepared with her long hair, touching the counter yes the Manger was present he was the one coughing on the food then when we got the food the boxes the hamburger was in was cover in grease with hair in one of them. I took looked at it and was grossed out I asked for my money back the Manger told me it was a personal problem and just my opinion if it looked gross I finally got my money back after the Manger finished cutting me down....I will not ever go to another McDonald's I will make a public post."

"My oatmeal did not have enough water in it (some oats were dry), and they gave me apple slices and butter instead of oatmeal toppings. Maybe try another stop if you actually want good food. The service was fast though!"

"This morning I was outside of McDonald's and seen the most disturbing thing. I seen a tall black guy calling another female a b word and trying to fight her. Then another employee yelled out why was she trying to get a job there. The lady was nice about. The shocking part is she came from behind the counter to go outside and try to confront her. I literally seen her try to push the girl door. That was very disturbing and unprofessional. That explains why the food doesn't be right. Those two needs to be charged or fired. The language and rudeness is enough for me to not visit. I didn't order anything because that was enough for me to drive off."

"The service was very fast, our food was exactly as ordered, and my hot mocha was phenomenal. Tasted like something you might get at Dunkin’ Donuts. Couldn’t be happier with it. We frequent this McDonald’s regularly and our food is always as ordered. Their cold espresso drinks are made wrong 100% of the time though, I must admit but since I’ve switch to their hot espresso, my drinks have been perfect."
