What I appreciated is that our puppy had a lot of mattes :( due to a pet sitter that didn't keep up on it.. and unfortunately, she had to be shaved but they were very clear as to what had to be done and to not be shocked). I had a persian cat before, so I knew. Very much appreciate the communication."
