"I have been bringing my dog to FLOOF for almost 3 years now. He always gets treated with special care and attention and as a customer, I've always had a great experience working with them. He is a rescue and it was hard to find a place where he felt comfortable. Once we started going to FLOOF, he became more and more comfortable with grooming. He has a difficult coat and sheds a lot, and they always do a great job making him look and feel great."

"The scheduling system and trying to get in can be difficult. I’m usually on the waitlist to get the same groomer. Nicole has been great for my boy! They always send a picture when he’s ready and he always leaves happy!"

"I have a mini 20lb Bernedoodle and this is my first time owning a dog and I wanted to take him to a well established groomer. I chose Floof Greenlake for its reviews but my 2 experiences have not been great. The first time I went I asked for a summer cut, and my dog came back with 2 open wounds (that could have been infected) around his sensitive private area. They did not address it at all and I planned to tell them next time I went to please be more careful. Second time I went I asked for a summer cut again, but this time he came back looking like a bobble head as they gave him a summer cut on his whole body except his head was the only part that was not cut. I again just thought maybe I was unlucky and got a newer groomer with not much experience as when I had dropped him off, all the staff seemed younger. When I asked them to please be more careful when grooming him as last time he had 2 wounds, I did not feel much empathy and felt that they did not really care. When I picked him up, he was nipped again but not as bad as last time. Additionally, I noticed my dog showing itchy symptoms and he kept licking/gnawing at his behind and inner thigh area. I didnt think much of it as I couldnt see anything on him and he just came back from the groomer so I thought maybe he just feels fidgity. After a week of him doing this though I told the vet and they informed me that he got fleas. I wanted to provide a review because I know how much every owner cares about their dog and paying $140 for one session is not cheap and I believe its valid to expect high quality results, but unfortunately I dont believe their service reflects even basic standards of safety and cleanliness. I have learned from this experience and I think its important to really question the service people provide and make your own judgement before trusting the overall review."

"Our sweet floofy boy Koda looks amazing after his groom! We recently adopted him and took him to Floof knowing he had some pretty gnarly matting in a few places that needs professional care. He is a Samoyed husky mix, and they were very knowledgeable about what type of care his coat needs, and they’ve also helped educate us on how to maintain it in between grooms. Special shout out to Marie and Ian who were both amazing. Best of all, he actually liked the groomers as they were very careful and patient with him all day. We will definitely be back.
