"Oh my gosh!!! When my husband called at my request to see if they were back open, an actually person answered. At first he thought it was the answering machine, but the daughter of the owner answered. We where so excited and immediately booked him an appointment. Our Prince never had the special treatment that this grooming shop does in a very long time.He really looked like our beautiful dog that he used to be except for his ears. My husband was so desperate for him to get groomed that he took him to PECTO in Lacey that I really didn't agree with. They cutoff his beautiful long ears stating that she couldn't get out some of the tangles. Did they call us to do this no. I would have done it at home, but no!!! They did it without permission. My husband told them to call us if it would be a problem with his ears. They didn't do anything that my husband told them to do. Really didn't look like a professional cut when he saw his old groomer he immediately went to her without any problem. She always treat him and all the other dogs with so much love. Great, great, great shop.My husband was very, very happy."
