"Not a park literally just 2 benches on a sidewalk facing the river what a waste of time....... Why this even got labeled as a park is beyond me. The pictures attached to this park listing on Google Maps that show Riverside trails are from Langus Riverfront park, an entirely different park that's all the way on the north end of Marine view drive and must have mistakenly been added to this map marker. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME NO TRAILS NO NOTHING EXCEPT FOR 2 BENCHES ON A SIDEWALK..... SMH"
"There was a time when the Snohomish River flooded the roads below the Park. Here is a scene my father photographed in 1950. In the 1950's, Dad operated a small auto repair shop at 3519 Everett Ave. The shop is still there. The sign now hangs on my garage."
