Marsh Park

Marsh Park is a picturesque waterfront park located at 6605 Lake Washington Boulevard Northeast in Kirkland, Washington. This popular tourist attraction offers visitors a large grass lawn, a dock, picnic tables, restrooms, and a small parking lot. Situated in the Lakeview neighborhood, Marsh Park provides stunning views of the Seattle skyline.

Named after the Marsh family, who have deep roots in Kirkland, the park holds a special significance in the community. Ludwig Marsh, the patriarch of the family, built a home in Kirkland in 1905, and his son Louis was a pioneering engineer at Boeing. After retiring from Boeing following World War II, Louis generously donated the waterfront portion of his property to the City of Kirkland, resulting in the creation of Marsh Park.

Visitors to Marsh Park can enjoy various activities such as launching personal watercraft like kayaks and paddleboards from the beach. While there are no lifeguards on duty, the park offers a serene and relaxing environment for all to enjoy.
