"Sam was very friendly and professional. My dog wasn't heavily matted but matted enough that I couldn't groom her myself. Sam gave my dog a cute haircut and treated my dog with kindness. My dog is small and nervous around strangers, and loud noises. Sam was very gentle and kind to my dog. She even put a cute red bow collar on my dog. Not only was Sam great with my dog, she was really nice to me. She didn't make me feel guilty about the mats my dog had."
