"Nice little park to stop and sit or go for a short walk. Beautiful view of the harbor and mountains."
"It is a very small piece of land right by the water. (I would not call it a park) I am exploring local parks, and this one just popped up in my search. It is a nice small area with grass, a few benches, and a couple of installations. Perfect for dogs. Although it's not big enough for kids, the view is quite impressive.❤️"
"Beautiful little park, quiet, great view of commencement bay"
"Lovely little waterfront park featuring a grassy lawn, walking paths, a little rocky beach, and interpretive signs about the history and the park's namesake. Google Thea Foss if you're interested, she was an incredible woman. There's not much parking, but probably enough for a park this size. No permanent restrooms that I saw, but there were some portapotties, and probably more in the nearby dock buildings. Railroad tracks are nearby on one side, and the port in the distance on the other, so it can be loud here at times."
"Small park, interesting history, nice spot but not particularly big nor is there really significant walking adjacent. Nice views of the seaport area. Some probable homeless people in cars/campers etc under bridge area made it so I wasn't hugely comfortable lingering overly long."
