"Took my dog daisy here and she came back looking amazing. Very glad I chose to bring her here. Edit: I’ve now taken my 2 1/2lb yorkie here and Donna did really well with her as she is not well trained to grooming yet."

"I should have left a review long ago, as Donna has groomed our Shi-Tzu, Roxy for the past 11 years! Donna does such a wonderful job with her, and Roxy's not an easy dog by any means. Our family just recently moved out of the area, so I'm forced to find a new groomer. Donna's the only groomer Roxy has ever known, so this will be difficult. Thank you, Donna, for all the years of keeping our pooch looking great. We appreciate you!! :)"

"Not sure how Donna stays in business. This was my experience: made apt and it was about 4-6 weeks out. I’ve used her about 4 previous times before and even though she has zero personality, I thought she did a good job and I tip very well! Needless to say my dogs really needed a grooming so 2 weeks went by and I went somewhere else. Ok, yes my fault I forgot to cancel the apt.with her. She had called as a reminder and I profusely apologized and told her what happened. This had never happened before and I’m not the type to call, cancel etc.Anyway since I was on the phone I thought it would be a good idea to make the next apt. We made the apt and it didn’t seem to be a problem. Well she must have stewed about it all night and called me back the next day telling me she is canceling the apt and for me to go somewhere else! Which is not a problem because there are plenty of good dog groomers around. But, for a small town she has a bad reputation, and I can see why."

"Donna's Pet Grooming is the best place to bring your pet! My husband and I have a pug, and she hates having her nails clipped. We have taken our dog to so many places and we couldn't get her to stay still for anyone. Donna, however, must have the magic touch, because Misty loves her and lets Donna clip her nails with no problem. We live in Vancouver, and will happily drive all the way to Kalama just to take Misty to Donna."

"I love this place and Donna. I have been taking my dog here for 4 years and I have only seen great work. Donna is a fantastic individual and has been like a second mother to me. I have been friends with her daughter since I was in 5th grade so I have been to her shop MANY times (even when it was in a different location). She loves the animals she works with and takes the time to make sure that every one of them is well taken care of and looks great when the owner comes back to pick them up."
