"My wife and I were pretty nervous about boarding our puppy...period. This was our first time doing this so there was definitely some apprehension about leaving our precious Maddie in someone else's hands. From the moment we stepped inside...we were immediately greeted and welcomed. The owner stepped around the counter and greeted our Maddie and started asking us questions about her. This immediately placed us at ease because the professionalism and genuine concern for Maddie was so obvious. Complicating things was that I actually had messed up the online appointment and they had no record of us having one. Despite this, they simply said "no problem" and made it happen anyway. Just another example of their professionalism and customer first approach. The big test was when we returned to pick Maddie up. As we drove up...she was out in the large fenced area playing with some of her dog "friends" looking very happy. To our delight, she seemed even happier to see us and there was absolutely no sign of any stress related to her stay and we took her home feeling like we had left her with people that cared about her as much as we did. I can't stress enough how glad we are to have found such a great boarding place for Maddie. If you're nervous and want the best for your dog in a boarding business...Pyr Hope is the place to go!"

"Brent and Sophia were so helpful and professional. My family and I took a trip over to the Vance Creek Railriders and they took in our little old man for a half day. We were apprehensive about boarding because it was our dog’s first time, but they took such care of him and were incredibly accommodating!"
