"I took my 5 year old lab to be bathed, quick brushed, and nails trimmed. I dropped him off at 12 with James, and he had him ready for pickup by 130pm. James was EXTREMELY attentive to our Tucker. Our lab has a difficult time with people, and James took this into consideration and spent some time with him before jumping on bathing him. Dropping Tucker off, he was dirty and scared. In picking him up, he was the happiest I had ever seen when picking up from a groomer, along with he was cleaner and more trimmed up than the people who had groomed him in the past. Scheduling was very professional and his wife was able to get Tucker in around my schedule, and fast! She was so nice, very helpful and personable every time I called. This couple and their business cares about your fur babies and it shows. I 110%, highly recommend and will go see James and his wife from now on. Thank you both!
