Reviews of Fallen Leaf Lake Park
"It was Sunday and Restrooms were closed. There was a honey bucket in the parking lot. Amazong place to picnic."
"Though the park wasn't exactly accessible, it was pretty easy to access. The lake is beautiful, with abundant foliage and wildlife. The sites, trails, and facilities were clean and in good order."
"The walking trails could use more distinct marking but pleasant easy-moderate walks through the woods before taking a dip in the lake. One of my favorite places to swim and paddelboard, with a tiny lakeside beach, wild swimming, rentable picnic shelter, and trees well placed for hammocking. Wetlands and lakes have great bird life."
"Very nice local park. Picnic location is right by the lake with plenty of tables. You can kayak or paddle boats, fishing, or just play by the lake. There are hiking trails around the lake, almost all shady. We did close to 5 miles, out and back. Lacamas park is just across the street. Double the fun!"
"Definitely a beautiful "Fall Vibes" walk. However, we couldn't navigate completely around the full lake (don't know if that's even possible...?) because the entire trail is single-file, narrow, unpaved. Not a full 5-star bc hubby & I couldn't walk side-by-side holding hands, which is what we prefer! Great for dog walkers, and not busy at all when we went on a Sunday afternoon"
