"They have been my groomer for 2 years but they have really gone downhill. They cancelled an appointment I had because of someone calling in sick and then they refuse to answer their phone for over 3 weeks so I can reschedule. It's just as well though because they would be 2+ hours late on stated completion times regularly and I would also regularly be first in and last out. My dogs would be in crates for 8 hours with no walks. The dogs would be agitated every time I picked them up and so it's obviously a good time to move on to a groomer with a much more professional approach to customer service."
