"Great anchorage in southeast to northwest winds. The tombolo is exposed at low ride for great beachcombing which makes a nice spot to land your dinghy. Great trail on the island with nice viewpoints but it isnt very long a trip around the island. No water or trash services at this state park."
"Gorgeous to kayak around, lots of seals which will creep around you, occasionally splashing, spotted dolphins there a few times, not 100% sure if you are allowed to just roam free, since there are signs to keep 100 yards away, old signs I hope becouse the little hike was awesome."
"This hike is a nice short hike, about .35 miles one way or the other trail is .45. Very interesting surprise as you head to this quite wonerfull beach. Fun views of old growth trees, nice creek that parallels the path giving the growth to swampy plants. Steep path gives a great view. One the beach at low tide is you have a license get some Clams. We also saw hundreds p.s. sand dollars, real treat. There is a couple of picnic table at the start of the trail, enjoy the day with this one."
"Beautiful quiet park. The beach is covered with interesting sea creatures. Short, but pretty hike. One of my favorite places to disappear to for a while."
