Reviews
"Great place to take the kids or pets. Good for gatherings or just a walk. Pretty decent fishing spot too."
"There is a 0.76 mile path that is a nice easy walk around the pond, dogs allowed on leash. There is a playground with picnic tables, a basketball court, and a volleyball court. There are even a few picnic tables that are covered."
"Since the grounds keeper told me that my dog was, "Only allowed to swim with his 6' leash on", I stopped going. Fortunately, she's gone, and this is an awesome place again. I have a 9 year old German Shepherd who loves swimming here. The cold, calm waters help out his old joints and bones and there's no current to worry about. He's down from his 12-14 hours a day of the live wire action of a few years ago, but he still loves taking laps around the water with me and swimming for 2 or 3 hours before he's ready to go home and nap. It's quiet, easy to get to, and there's plenty of parking. Just keep an eye out for blue-green algae during the spring and fall."
"Looked like it was a great park maybe 2 or 3 years ago. It is clean, but not kept up. And to top it off you can't get in the water."
