"Our water company does a good job providing water, but they are still working in the 20th century. Hand delivered notices instead of text, email, chat, etc. Website hasn't been updated in 3 years. They have an answering service that probably costs a lot, but the operators are un-informed. Notices state to go to website or Facebook page for information, but nothing is there. $2.00 surcharge every month for paying online when all other utilities don't charge and have information apps, webpages, etc. Please get into the 21st century. Thank you."
"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE They hand delivered "Boil water notice" to every house in neighborhood (over 200 houses) stating to check their website for test results on 11/5 to see if water safe. Many have checked/ called only to get no info on website or reply to messages left."
