"I had an amazing experience at TownePlace Suites! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Even though they couldn't accommodate my request for a blender initially, they surprised me by promptly purchasing one. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I will definitely be returning to TownePlace Suites in the future!"
"Was overall pretty unhappy with the stay the dryer did not function properly and did not dry our clothes… Also the air-conditioning/heater in our room was broken. It only pumped out heat at max heat, no matter what temperature you set it to made it impossible to sleep. I understand it’s a cheap hotel but there are basic living standards and it’s not hard to have a working dryer."
"This started out being nice a few times we had been here and then it started to to go downhill. The more we came the noisier we noticed the property had become. We couldn't get any sleep because their would be alot of sketchy activities and traffic going in and out of this location and loitering by the rooms. Doors would slam constantly and I didn't necessarily think that they were guests doing this. The rooms definitely need to be updated. The breakfast people were nice and had the food out at the designated times. This location is secluded so your definitely not in the heart of things."
"Stayed there for a couple months. The day we departed was an unexpected situation. She to their policy change we were unable to extend our reservation. I explained to the employees that we've been here for 30 it's taking us a minute to get everything together. The short haired employee had zero empathy and her response was "yeah you've had time." Her and other employees congregated outside the hotel room and played on their phones, talked disparagingly about me and the other guest. When she came to the room to say there's no more time she opened the door to exclaim "wow you guys left this place a mess". That statement was so rude. Of course we did. You wouldn't let people who have stayed at your establishment for over 3 months to properly gather their belongings. Yeah the place is gonna look tore up. It was not appreciated and exhausting. We tried getting a room there a couple days later. We called in advance to make sure we were able to reserve a room. They said it was all good. When we got there they denied us and stated loudly in front of other customers that we were not welcome to stay because they found needles and paraphernalia. Not only did they not check in with us about medical conditions I made sure there weren't any stray needles that may have fallen out of my outreach /harm reduction bag. A couple of their employees are aware that I go out into the homeless community and encampments and provide medical supplies and services. Providing clean needles and taking their used needles is an aspect of my harm reduction services. Absolutely appalling how we were treated and how we were put on blast in front of other customers."
"Terrible hotel - avoid it like the plague. Find other options; This hotel is priced dirt cheap for a reason - it is dirty and disgusting. I stayed here twice in August-September 2023 and had the worst experiences ever. Both times, I checked in late at night before/after a flight. First stay: Given a dirty room which had spilled food all over the floor; Not cleaned; terrible smell. Second stay: First I was given a room that was under service; Heavy equipment was in the bathroom and the room was frigid cold like Antarctica. Then, the second room I was given was already occupied. Then, the front desk manager had to go inspect three or four rooms to determine which ones were clean. The front desk said they don't even have a service team to fix issues with rooms. The entire hotel has carpets that have dust blowing up when you walk on it. All the rooms reek of bad smell. I lodged a complaint with the franchise owner of the hotel who does not even respond to the complaints. They have under staffed the hotel and are profiting off people not knowing what to expect from this hotel. To top it all, the hotel charges $300-$400 for last minute rooms. You might be better off sleeping at the airport instead of this junk. This hotel should be sealed and demolished - you might get sick if you stay here."
